No rubbing at all. Running 295/35 up front and 306/35 out back.
There's no way a 40 series will clear, if you want as much mets as possible run the 305/35. It's bigger then you think
I am lowering a '14 silverado Thursday....is there anything that anyone has any specific questions on? I can do a how to or whatever. Front suspension besides spindles are the same as the tahoe......but the installation of the spindle would be the same.
I am not sure what GM allocates time wise for the job. Considering you either didn't have the tools, knowledge or time to complete the job $300 seems fair. Personally I would probably charge someone $200-$250.
It'll fit but you'll have to use a spring compressor to compress the coil to get it all in there. It was a ordeal to put the 5305 in with a spacer.
I do not think it would have auto ride. The install is super easy if you have a strut compressor.
The picture in my thread is how the rear will sit using the spacer included in the 34324 kit.
I personally have not had good results using the mcgaughys rear coils. I would recommend using the 34324 belltech kit and the coil relocators.....heres the part numbers 34061 (standard suspension) &...
Perfect, I will get some pics and get something together for future projects. So far the items I have installed are damn near identical from an installation stand point as the NNBS.
No shit, all my customers are cool with me taking and posting pics of their rides. Oh well, maybe he'll leave my threads alone. Mine definitely isn't the first one lowered but I haven't seen any others locally.
Write up on what part of the install? The only "write up" I have done was on my...
Is there a way I can block him? He's the main reason I don't post on here much.... it's like a dick measuring contest when you try to post your specs or help other members with questions. I'm not the best out there but I have tried probably 50 setups on my tahoes so I have real world experience...
Also just to note, if you're only doing a 2" drop up front I always go with spindles. This keeps your ride completely stock.....but there's not any spindles for the '15s yet

Bolt in. I have the 34324 kit...
Could possibly prematurely wear your shock out due to the compressed ride height.
I recommend to do the relocators on lower mileage vehicles and doing the McGaughys struts on something with higher mileage (shocks need replaced). This is for non auto ride suv's........for trucks my...
Well don't assume they're the same and make a parts list for other forum members to buy the wrong parts. I have a shop and give feedback using real world experience. Assumptions are not experience.

Have you personally looked or worked on one of these? Half your parts list won't work on the 15's. I'm not going to go through your list and correct it but get your shit straight before you start making mendacious statements.

I had to kinda guess what would and wouldn't work. I went with the McGaughys coil relocators up front and did the Belltech 5305 coils without the spacer in the rear. Some of the rear suspension is different then the previous model but the shock relocators work. I didn't measure before or after...
