There are oval holes where your upper control bolts go through the frame. GM doesn't cut them out completely when they assemble the vehicles and these is how they're aligned from factory. You'll need to remove the upper control arm bolts and pull them out of the way and use the tool below to...

I made templates of all the parts and then had them water jetted. Then tig welded everything and had it powdercoated. I'm thinking about selling the setup and doing something different.
The flip kits are all the same for 2 door tahoes, 4 door tahoes, suburbans and trucks. The issue is the notch....there is a crossmember that is right above the axle on the driver side. I just made a notch for my tahoe and made new shock mounts.
I am going to be pulling my traction bars, clearanced hangers and flip kit off my Tahoe and will be putting it all up for sale. I was thinking of selling it all as a package deal.
The flip kit is a new belltech with the big 5/8" ubolts, traction bars will include the billet press in bushing...
Let me know how many people are interested in the traction bars and I will get a price. They will have to be for vehicles with a flip kit. If you need traction bars and a flip kit I can probably do that. Should work on both 2 and 4 doors no problem. I can also make them for trucks.
Check out porterbuilt street rods for some custom trailing arms. He should be able to make you what you need out 2" dom.
