Just a suggestion here, but why don't you try out the Tahoe PPV/Hummer H3 mounts mentioned in the last two-three pages of the 'Broken Motor Mounts' thread?

OEM GM part that's far better than the stock parts.
Might be best to replace both sets of headlights, including the high beams. GM over-complicated headlight bulb replacement with this truck. There are a few videos on Youtube where you can angle the headlight housings slightly enough to stick your hand in and remove and replace the old ones.
@swathdiver Are both dials not lighting up?

Check your brake pads and rotors. You can get all types of weird noises as they wear out. Wife's '11 Malibu had some weird and annoying clicking at highway speeds (100+ km/h) with the steering wheel slightly turned. Replaced the pads and rotors and it's quiet as a mouse. Now I probably have to...
Guys sorry to derail this thread, but when you guys first steer from a parked position and the steering wheel returns to its default (straight) position. Do you ever feel a clunk/thump from the floor board? It only happens just that once and never again during operation, until the vehicle is...
As the truck ages, the oil pickup-line O-ring gets brittle and no longer acts as a seal allowing air to seep in with the oil. I think if you've replaced the oil pressure sensor, the mesh screen behind the sensor and the O-ring then you may actually have to replace the oil pump itself.
Glad to help. I put a tiny ring of silicon around the hole then, then installed these making sure that no silicone spilled outside of the plug. They install cleanly and blend into the body.
@LanceD I used these plugs below with a bead of silicon around the holes on my truck. So far I've gone through heavy snowfall this winter plus heavy rain with no leaks...
@992dr wouldn't the body shop repainting the car for him be able to strip off that layer of paint with something way more aggressive prior to painting?
You have to ship them back to Range Technology in order to have the devices updated. Not sure if there might be a charge if you try to do this with a second hand device though.
An ebay seller has new devices for sale and he's listed the software version as V8.4R1...
Try to see if you can get a ride in a '13-'14 Tahoe PPV (but don't break the law) as they use the same engine mounts.
I have a '14 PPV (purchased with 200K Km) on it and when I was test driving the vehicle at the lot, one of the things I was looking for was excessive engine movement after...
@BimmerDawg Your truck looks great. Keep the door moulding on the truck as some of the OPP trucks in Ontario, Canada have them on too. Huge plus is that it'll save your doors from dings.
Heat gun could probably damage the paint. Try using a plastic razor blade at the corners and work your way slowly.

@thirdcoast I do hope @lamerem comes through with your money. His last post, ironically on December 29, 2017, wasn't so positive about GM as a whole:
