    22x9 wheels - same fit???

Hey there - I’m trying to source some 22x9 OEM gloss black wheels for my 2024 XL SLT on order and getting conflicting info for part 84802386. It fits a 2023 Yukon, Tahoe, and Suburban but says it won’t fit a Yukon XL??? I’m assuming this is just a website issue. Right? Here is where I’m ordering...

Ordering a 2024 Yukon XL SLT

Hey all - order is going in tomorrow for a 2024 3.0 Diesel Pearl Beige XL SLT with Luxury & Premium packages. Thought about the Denali but the price difference is $8,000+. Price narrows when you add in 22” gloss black wheels lol. May have to go Carbon Flash to bring the price down a couple of...

    Future 2020/21 Tahoe/Yukon/Suburban

Lol... I thought these were all jokes.... anyway.... is the diesel a worthy option or will people just go with the standard 5.3 V8 (I’m not buying a Denali/6.2)?? Not sure the mpg improvement justifies the cost based on what I am reading.

    Future 2020/21 Tahoe/Yukon/Suburban

I am liking it. By March I will have had my 4Runner 7 years and looking for something new. Would like to buy another but it seems like a new gen 4Runner could be a couple years away. Only deterrent to moving into a Tahoe/Yukon is these things are just so damn expensive with questionable build...

2017 Suburban LT or 2017 Yukon XL SLT

I believe you need the Luxury Package with the LT’s to get almost the same features as a Yukon SLT such as power 3rd row, fog lights etc. Check the options on the website through the build and price section to get an idea.

    What’s my 15 tahoe worth

Maybe 60-70% of MRSP if you’re lucky.

Buying Used Denali XL?, What pitfalls to avoid?

The Armada is not a lot smaller than the XL/Suburban. It’s 210” long so it’s in between a short-body and long body GM/Chev. Having said that, the Armada SL comes nicely equipped for what you pay and has tons of power and even th 2018 demos can be bought in the 50’s in Canada so probably cheaper...

    Want a Chevy Tahoe

Depends. These GM’s seem to depreciate like rocks but if you can get 20% off on a 2018, that will at least flatten the depreciation curve a bit. Then if you hold 5 or more years, your cost of ownership becomes more reasonable. Around my area, I see lots of 1 year old former rentals or trade-ins...

Not Happy With '17 Tahoe LT...

    LOL... dammit.

Not Happy With '17 Tahoe LT...

Lol... I was being sarcastic. Brakes and tires are to be expected, especially in a northern climate.

Not Happy With '17 Tahoe LT...

My 4Runner has had its problems over the last 5years/60,000 miles that I’ve owned it. I mean, I’ve had to buy new brakes, tires, and oil changes every 6 months... what’s up with that?

Child Car Seat Frustration in ‘17 Tahoe

I have a Nuna which is pretty small and it actually fits better in my 4Runner than the Yukon I rented previously. What we discovered was it fit really well in the middle of the 2nd row because there was more width between the driver and passenger seat. However, directly behind the driver or...

    Luxury Package worth it?

Just edited my post. Meant to say Yukon SLE with value and convenience package.

    Luxury Package worth it?

Could get a Yukon SLE with the Value/Convenience. 20” wheels plus the conveniences of power lift gate etc. Comes in cheaper than the Tahoe LT but essentially as well equipped minus the leather. I also hate that Fog lights aren’t standard on the Tahoe.

    Prices Paid

How do you like the Tahoe vs the 4Runner? I have a 2012 4Runner Limited and have been kicking tires on a Yukon/Tahoe but I’m mostly worried about reliability and the larger depreciation hit. Nice deal you got though.

What did you pay - 2017 Yukon SLT or Denali

I love going on dealer website's and seeing 2017's with 15,000+ miles listed for 85% of 2018 MRSP. Pretty sure I could get a brand new 2018 for just about that... with no mileage.

'17 Tahoe LT Buffeting and Heater/AC Motor

Check through this forum. I don’t know if a TSB was issued but one guy posted about how a GM engineer determined it was a torque converter/driveline issue and apparently this fixed the problem. Hope it gets fixed for you.

Where did all the incentives go???

I am seeing 2017 Armadas with low mileage (Manager demo maybe) for 20%+ off MRSP. My bad at all. Awfully tempting. The Sequoia is due for a new Gen. I’d wait another year or 2 when they launch it.... or if they do it at the Chicago auto show next weekend. That’d be great.

    Should I buy a '15 LTZ?

Maintenance might be cheap but these GM’s seem to depreciate quite a bit. A new Suburban LT is a good $20,000 CDN more than a 4Runner Limited but will be worth about the same or less after 5 years. Even if you buy one used, I think you’re still looking at a linear depreciation ‘curve’.... based...

    Should I buy a '15 LTZ?

Don’t do it. Take the money you were going to blow on the Burb and save it up. In 2 years, let’s say you saved an extra $10-$15k, see if you feel like parting with actual cash on a vehicle then. Or, will you be thinking about a house? Or, will you be thinking about schooling, or kids or wedding...

Has GMC Denali Name become too common?

No, no, I know what you are saying. It's a good metric to go by to ensure your capital is going to the right places. Some guides even go as low as 10% purchase price relative to annual income. I'm closer to 1/3 between our cars. However, the total annual cost of ownership, even on the 20% rule...

Has GMC Denali Name become too common?

Never said it did- just that I don't make 150k. However purchase price is really irrelevant. Cost of ownership (specifically depreciation) matters more and some brands with high stickers could have much lower cost of ownership than a $30,000 sedan, especially if the sedan buyer gets greased by...

Has GMC Denali Name become too common?

We will gross about $215,000 this year. However, if you factor the value of benefits like stock matching and pensions it's more like $240,000-$250,000. Your average Denali buyer makes 30% less than that. For non-Denali buyers it's about 45% less than what we make. My Denali is in daycare right...

Has GMC Denali Name become too common?

Not sure if that is a joke but no, I am not getting a RAV4. I'm not implying we can't afford it, I am saying I don't want to afford it. We have very "high"income (top 10% anyway), especially when you include benefits like stock matching, pension contributions etc, but what you take home after...
