+1. Those experiences seem abnormal to me, my truck (a Tahoe, not a Denali) is dead silent almost all the time. There is a creak in the media/HVAC stack I can't get rid of, but it comes and goes and there's a much worse one in my wife's C300. No issues at all at 21,000 miles.
Any person can claim that the 6.2 in the Denali "drives like a turd" but realize that all of the data and virtually all of the market opinion isolates you in that viewpoint. Or maybe there is something wrong with your truck.
If I totaled this truck I would go right out and buy another, though I'd probably drive a new Expedition too, just to see.
You dont have any rattles, your panels all line up and you think the MRC is a compliant ride? [edit: noticed you have a tahoe and maybe dont have MRC] I cant say that for mine. One of my doors is noticeably (to me) out of alignment with the adjoining panel.
I agree the engine thing is weird, its definitely got power even if the tip in is peculiarly programmed. I'd also add that the rain sensor is pretty weak but can be fine tuned by moving the intermittent wipe nob up or down.
At the moment I'd probably go check out the expedition or the MB450 if I totaled my Yukon.
