2.5/1.5 leveling kit help
I ordered some parts. Went with a suspension maxx 2.5” front kit, 1.5” rear spacers off eBay that looked to be good quality and the readylift upper control arms. Wheels should be here Tuesday so hopefully I can get everything installed in the next couple weeks- Jnull

Good info thanks. That’s the only reason I’m considering the morimotos is due to the warmer color temp. They work well in the high beams as well? That’d be a pretty expensive setup running 2 sets of em. -

16 suburban ditch light brackets?

Yes it’s the rst with black inserts, single bar on the top and 2 bars on the bottom. I might see how it works out for me, I have a spare baja designs 20” onx6 hi power laying around to use on the suburban. It’s a hefty bar with 1 5/8” reflectors and the opening between the grill bars is 1 1/8”... -

Does anyone know where to find the factory honeycomb grille inserts? I just picked up a paintable RST grille for my wife’s 16 suburban and want to swap the RST inserts for the honeycomb style so I can more effectively run a light bar behind the grille. -

Good info. Looking at the picture I posted above it looks like I have the stamped arms. Ready lift are the first arms I’ve seen for stamped factory arms. There’s this one on eBay that’s factory looking, my only concern is the mesh being integrated so I’d think it’d be difficult to mask off where the mesh meets the shell -

Paintable ones are hard to find, there’s one on eBay that’s scuffed up but it’s $350 and I’d probably have to change out the inserts since it’s the 1 top and 2 bottom horizontal slats. chrome can definitely be painted over but I’d rather not risk it on a tri coat paint that will cost a lot to... -

Sounds cool, black paint definitely makes it easier then throwing random black around with white paint. Are there any factory paintable grills? All the ones I’m seeing are chrome and I’d rather not paint over one of those. -
