    Did you check and see if the sensor is connected? Should be able to follow the wire from the bearing up through the suspension to the top of the control arm where it connects to the vehicles wiring. (Assuming its the same as an 05' Tahoe) They probably bought the cheapest one they could, and...

    There are two different setups in those trucks. A blower resistor module which has a heat sink and a blower resistor with the exposed circuit.

    Did you check the 40A fuse in the top row of fuse panel under hood? Somehow I missed that one. Mine blew when the fan module failed. Did you have to 're-wire the connections on the new module? Apparently they are on the third 're-engineer of this part.
