    It's probably the weep hole or front seal on the water pump.

    So you wanna try to pull up on it and push in. I think it is hanging down enough that the tabs aren't lining up. It should not take much effort. You should feel it slip into place.

    I believe it is supposed to just snap lock into place. You may have to undo some screws or fasteners on the inner fender liner to lift it and massage it back into place.

    Cool, great pic. So the inside of the stock spacers are beveled so the o-rings can set into them and not get crushed. GOOD STUFF! This is on my to-do list.
