Totally agree... These truck will last a long time when maintained. As long as you can determine, this Tahoe was 'reasonably' maintained, ( under hood may give you evidence of this ).... You could be getting a good deal, since many folks imagine, the mileage is a problem. In a truck, it's the...

My '05 Yukon XL has 175,000, It is perfect, inside and out. No rust ( except the typical surface rusty coating that every vehicle has ) Engine, transmission, suspension operates just fine. Since it's a southern state truck, ...no rust damage at all. The only trucks that have rust issues, are...

2005 Yukon: The dreaded blend door question(s) - Loud behind glove box

Replacing my actuator. I bought it for $45. My mechanic replaced it in 25 minutes, at a cost labor of $40. ( dealer?.. $140 for the actuator. $ 350.00 to replace. ) Just remove your glove box.... It's in front of you.....

    New-Nivomats... ( Old subject/new problem ) Do they exist??

I suppose that might mean, the current set up may be too low?

    New-Nivomats... ( Old subject/new problem ) Do they exist??

I believe, the "raising up", is when you were towing or carried a heavy weight,.. then it returns back to the correct height, after removing the trailer weight.

    New-Nivomats... ( Old subject/new problem ) Do they exist??

Just a thought..... Since there are 3 or 4 (? ) versions of a ZW7 package, for the same type model, ( as per my research )..... Maybe check at your local dealer, for the parts used in those versions, and copy it, into the truck in question. Use GM parts or an aftermarket with the same specs.

    New sway bar end links

We are cautious...... We have a vivid imagination when it comes to driving,.... after we work on our own trucks, on our own driveways... ( just kidding )

    New sway bar end links

As long as your adjustment is reasonably close.... Better to have a tad pointed inward, than out. I believe, alignment, is not pointed perfectly straight ahead.... But a tiny percent pointed inward. Tiny bit.... Just pay attention when you make a turn. ( Front steering may not corporate )

I don't know, if you can find the coil spring rate, on your current set up..... I don't know if even GM can tell you the spring rate on the springs your Denali came with..... ( Maybe the diameter of the coil ?? )

    Intro-05 Denali Yukon shocks

Hellwig front / rear swaybars. I replace both.... I LOVE them!! Factory swaybars are a hollow pipe...... Hellwigs are a stout solid chrome molly, and all new hardware. Get a flashlight.... go underneath, look at the ends of your rear swaybar..... Notice the ends are "crimped flat"...

    Intro-05 Denali Yukon shocks

To add...... As you describe, " Shocks need replacing"....... I can guess...... Those coil springs are too soft, as if the replaced coil springs may have been ALSO too soft. Your G65 code requires a soft coil spring, because, the original correct factory shock supports a lot of the weight. My...

    Intro-05 Denali Yukon shocks

Your RPO shows the "G65" which shows, your original shocks are an adjusting - height, setup. Your local GM dealer will tell you what is specific for your Denali Z55 suspension, showing your VIN number. BTW...... Your springs "look" pretty much newer than an original spring would look like by...
