If I can find a set for a good price I will. I picked up the bumper today at the junkyard for $50. If I cant find a set...I will use those holes with some tubing going to my front brakes to keep them cool as I am towing. I ordered my 2/3 drop kit for it today.- David A my 99 hoe

They day I bought my hoe 5 months ago. The sexy engine i rebuilt a few months ago. What she looks like for now. 97 Tahoe wipers bounce back at bottom of cycle
Its the circuit board on the wiper motor. Dorman makes a replacement one you can buy at any auto part store. I would recommend replacing the whole wiper motor because its only like $15 more and most of the time it has a lifetime warranty.- David A my 99 hoe

Not sure if you have fixed the issue yet. Mine just did the same thing. I put a new spider in it (it needed one but didn't fix the problem) did another complete tune-up even tho it was only 5k miles since I did it when i rebuilt the engine (didn't fix the problem) fuel pressure was at spec.
