Me too! Just as an FYI the pad area of the 2020 silverado brake pad is approximately 15 sqin I don't have the exact area as i can't find it. Here are the dimensions of the pad. Its not perfectly square, so I adjusted the approx area down by 1 sqin, could be more....lazy math. Length 5.47”...- fasteddy

Well See, Its always a test in the aftermarket world. I'll do SS lines and high friction pads to compensate for any pedal/boost issues. Thats just risk mitigation, not a known issue. BTW, I've done Wilwood 6P calipers on another tahoe. You have to grind on the spindle for about 30 mins per side...- fasteddy

Here's a guy who just painted them for color....He was really pleased with the outcome LOL. And he runs 1/4 spacers so his A/M wheels clear. Duplicolor makes many colors of paint and a good option if you don't want to pull the caliper apart for powdercoating. I would paint it before you put it...- fasteddy

Yeah, 01 Denali? 6 way? lumbar? heated? armrests? Belts? Its a complex seat. Do you have Airbags? It was an option for some back then. Yeah, you can easily spend 500 for OEM leather per seat and thats DYI. OEM cloth is almost as pricey. Synthetic leather is about half. And its softer than OEM... -

Just as an FYI, I run a stock bottom end LS3 in my little midengine car. On race day I rev that puppy to 7500 and I don't even use low travel lifters. I use just LS7/GM Perf lifters. It buzzes when I turn my ignition on and never stops Its very annoying. It in the headliner above the 2nd row seat. It kinda looks like a tweeter or little speaker. Can I just pull on it and disconnect it? I don't want to pull the whole headliner down with it. Thx
