Premier Grille swap
So, for some reason, the person who sold me that $200 grille on eBay couldn't figure out how to ship it, so they refunded my money instead. I am now ordering that OEM RST grille from GM Parts Giant that I linked above–GM part # 84245982. I'll let you know how it goes. -
Can I flux core mig weld a custom exhaust?
Do we have any welding or exhaust experts here? I REALLY want to build this exhaust myself. I can get a universal steel exhaust kit that has all of the piping that I would need. But I'm brand new at welding and I'm wondering if flux core MIG welding is sufficient to build this exhaust? It's a... -
Premier Grille swap
Just found a brand new black OEM RST grille for $742 +$57 shipping to me. It's a lot but it's less than $1000, and I really didn't want to pay $400 for a used one with marks all over it. If I'm not happy with the one that arrives in 2 days, I'll buy this one... -

Hood Insulation
Tangentially related; my 2002 Tahoe has an aftermarket cowl hood, and I installed an aftermarket insulation and underhood cover with the Chevy logo on it and some super bright LED strip lights. I'm SUPER happy with it. -
