    Your dealer should have provided you another worksheet for the '23 when he resubmitted the order for verification. As somebody else mentioned, the dealer has to manually resubmit the rollovers from 22 to 23

    Check the worksheet that you should have been provided when the dealer placed your order. They could have made a mistake and forgot to include that option.

    Look at your local dealers website, they have more fine print typically listed for the offers. Purchased mine in July for the 0% offer from GM. Here was the finance options during that time for "well qualified buyers" 0% for 36mo 3.49% for 48-72mo August currently shows 0% for 36mo 4.29%...
