I wash, clay bar, compound pad with Meguires Ultra-Cut M105, polishing pad with Meguires M205 Ultra Finishing Polish, finishing pad with Meguires High-Tech Yellow Wax, then apply the ceramic coat.
I use the Harbor Freight 6" DA polisher for application and their microfiber spa polishing cloths...
Did a full paint correction detail with a ceramic coating on top. Two days worth of work and I am beat!

They are the same alarm so it really comes down to which remote you like better. I have the Viper version and it is a great alarm. Remote range is very good. Both Viper and Avital are owned by the same parent company, DEI.
I am looking at getting some 20's to replace my 24's and found a good deal on the size in the title. Anyone running that exact size and offset and have any side shots so i can see how flush they are with the fenders?
TIA
If your bypass module is connected to the data wire at your OBD connector, the dome light on/off should be controlled by the bypass. I'd check there first.
According to your install manual, this is the wire you would interface the push to start button kit I used to integrate it into your existing Excaliber alarm system:
"ORANGE WIRE - STARTER INTERRUPT (-) OUTPUT & RELAY
This provides 500mA negative ground while the alarm is armed for starter kill...
If @shreksbrother can post a copy of the install manual of the push button kit he bought and you can give me the model number of your Escaliber alarm I can help you out.
As long as your alarm has a negative trigger when armed wire then it should. That is the wire that kills the power to the push to start button when the alarm is armed.
To turn on accessory you push the button once without pressing the brake pedal. To put the truck in the run position you press the button twice without pressing on the brake pedal.
To start the truck you put your foot on the brake and press the button once.
The push button works like a key.
If you look in the description of the unit it says:
"An extra bypass module (like ASIN: B00MEHBVIC) is required If there is a chip immobilizer in your factory OEM key fob.
You need to unlock/release/remove the steering lock while installing this item."
Our vehicles use the Passlock 2 system...
So I installed a DEI 5705v Alarm/Remote Start a year ago along with the DEI DBALL2(to bypass the Passlock 2 system), 2 DEI 530T window modules, and the DEI VSM300(to lock/unlock and remote start from my phone). Here’s a great tutorial (with pics) for alarm/RS installation in our trucks...
I initially bought the same RFID push button in the first video but you see how he has to place that RFID key tag next to the sensor before it activates the push button power, the power on mine is triggered by my alarm activation/deactivation(no fumbling with fobs/keys). Those vids don't cover...
The cost was relatively cheap. It's a lot of work but worth it to me. The one I purchased integrated into my alarm I already had installed. I can do a write up if you want.
Installed a push to start button to compliment my passive keyless system I installed a couple weeks ago. Now I just walk up to my truck, the doors unlock, I push the button and go. No more fumbling with keys!
No, I went with all DEI/Viper products. I've never installed Compustar products but always heard good things about them. I went with DEI because they own almost every alarm brand so I don't think they are going anywhere anytime soon. For around $350 you can get a DEI 2 way alarm/remote start...
