    I had it replaced yesterday. About 30 min job. It works fine now. Only ALL locks have to be unlocked for it to operate. 2 fob unlock presses and then it works. No need for needle noses, plenty of room to get to all the nuts and bolts, as soon as the rear panel is removed.

    I have 07 Tahoe LTZ. Liftgate opens from fob or from the overhead button. Handle button on the liftgate produces no result. rear glass window button liftgate works fine. Fuse #44, which is rear door fuse, is not blown. Any more fuses to look at or, what else is wrong?

    A bit of tailgate update. When I turn key to Aux, I can hear tailgate motor running for few seconds. Like as if it is trying to tighten the tailgate. Something tells me, tailgate is jammed or has something caught in the latch.

    Thank you. A bit of update. It is 2007 Tahoe LTZ, I looked it up through VIN decoder. Rear air shocks were completely torn, so we replaced them. That didn't help with engine run he he. Vehicle drove - yes, it drives, just runs rough - a mile away from the original shop to car electrician shop...
