Yes. Shock extended all the way down, bellow had no air in it and plug from compressor came out of the shock connector, as the result. That wire for it is awfully short, it barely reached the plug.- ukrkoz

Sooo, it's either bad connector or bad electronics inside the shock? To be honest, I had truck up on the lift and shock extended all the way down, ripping off connector. It really surprised me, why connector wire is so short? I'll check on it. That might be the ticket. Otherwise, shock, though...- ukrkoz

OK, so I got C0585, which is rear left actuator circuit malfunction code. What exactly is that? I, so far, found a spread from bad strut(?) to bad compressor. Compressor starts as it should. What am I looking at? Thank you- ukrkoz

Hi all I started having Service suspension system on and off on MFD. 2007 Tahoe LT, 150 000 miles, air ride equipped, electronic front shocks. Strange wet spot in carpet
With all due respect, no one spends hours after windshield replacement, pouring water at it. Unless you pay hefty premium for replacement and stand there, watching them do it. I used this guy since about 2006 and we NEVER had any issues. He does excellent job and don't mess with his karma. -

What seals air shocks?
Ok, I looked at several videos of trouble shooting air shocks and, what I noticed, on various vehicles, nipple, air line is attached to, has a shiny metal tube inside of it. What exactly is that tube? Air valve? I saw it on Tahoe, Escalade, Suburban air shocks.- ukrkoz

I have Auto/O/and then regular logos for markers and headlights. Per default switch is in Auto. EVERYTHING lights up when lights come on. There is fog lights icon. But no "lights" on in the dash. Weird. Never had a car without that. -

Any chances, moonroof can do this? But, then again, headliner is dry and clean. And, anything to the sides and up from the spot is dry. It's like as if it's leaking from the bottom UP. Floor plugs normally do this but there are none there. -

07 Tahoe LT I have strange wet spot on the driver side, in the carpet and padding, right where my right heel rests driving. Spot is about 4-5 inch diameter, pretty circular. NOTHING to the sides of it is wet. Carpet on the driveshaft well, firewall side, all is dry. OEM floor mat has no holes... -

What seals air shocks?
Is there supposed to be a small O-ring inside the connector then, sealing line metal end to the nipple edge? And it got lost, when shop replaced that shock in March?- ukrkoz

Few weeks ago, I was under my truck and squeezed the driver side rear shock bellow. Hissing noise. I assumed, shock bellow is leaking air, called it warranty and received replacement shocks FOC Thursday. OK, to keep up with my word and update. SKAR speakers went out. Was, most likely, wrong choice of speaker. I had principle, never to buy light weight speakers and yet, silly me, did "neodymium" thing. Nope. I ended with Pyle 6.5 Inch Mid Bass Woofer. Happened to have gift card on Amazon, so...- ukrkoz

Agreed. I just bought a pair of Skorns with baffles. Instead of going with woofers, I bought midrange woofers. I think, I'll be fine with that. I'll report back after install. As I said, anything modern will be upograde to 14 yo drivers.- ukrkoz

But you know what... you got me thinking. Maybe I indeed should upgrade the rear doors? They are up higher a bit and fill the void behind. And are same size, 6.5. Trial and error, I guess. Thank you. I know they are 6.5 4 ohm.(well, 6 3/4, but 6.5 fits) I am not expecting any ground shaking bass. I only want some additional low. Reason I am asking my question, there are reasonably priced 6.5 aftermarket replacements and too many to choose from. This is why I am hoping someone did...- ukrkoz
