I Have the same sway bars and rub also. There wasn't any rub with the stock bars. I can almost go full lock so I haven't really done anything besides be aware of it as I'm turning.
I'd like to thank Tony for an easy transaction and price matching another website. I have ordered a few things from him and wouldn't hesitate to order from him again! Thanks Tony!!
Just make sure whatever clear coat you get has UV protection in it (you would think they all do, but they don't). That is one of the main reasons that you hear/see people with their tails (or other tinted parts) getting dull.
They are molded into the plastic with a metal ring. I was going to retro some projecotrs (w/o taking the covers off) but it ended up being a mess and wouldn't have looked too good so I scrapped the idea and just bought a new set w/o retroing. I would highly recommend that you continue with...
Everybody I've seen has a Sir Michaels hidden hitch (including me). I think Tim (a vendor on here, TimsSuspensionOnline) is a dealer for them. As far as a roll pan, choose one that you like. I'm pretty sure the hidden hitch will work with any roll pan (some might take very little...
It could be the clutch in the compressor going out. Try removing the ac belt and see if it still stalls on you. If it doesn't stall with the belt off then you know the culprit is the compressor.
If you have 35w try upgrading to 55w. I have 35W 4500K and it is white. The only blue I notice is around my cutoff. I don't know if you are using DDM or not but there was a thread in here somewhere where they talked about DDM was lying about the ratings on their kits. They used the same bulb...
Oh, no, not at all. As far as the tinting the side markers, I didn't know people were doing that. lol... Just had some extra paint and was trying to find a way to use it all up. I have led & halo headlights but I decided not to hook them up this time around. I'll post pics up as soon as it's...

I'll get some better pictures up when I get my front end back on. I'm getting my grille...
I just did mine, thanks to this thread. haha... I would have painted them green but there wasn't any high temp paint close to my color and even so it wouldn't really stand out. So needless to say I got bold and went with bright red.

Also, on mine, the cheap little plastic peices that the screws attatch to detached so I had to dab some silicone around it so the light would actually adjust. I don't have a picture so it's kind of hard to explain, but if you keep turning the adjuster screws and it really doesnt change, follow...
In reguards to the slant on your passenger side....If it's anything like mine, try re-adjusting the bulb on the passenger side. I'm pretty sure I had that happen to mine due to the bulb being off-center. Otherwise it looks good!
Since your Tahoe is black, any color would work well. Choose whatever accent color YOU like. Just incorporate that color on other parts as well (ex. front bowtie, interior pieces, etc.).
There isn't really an advantage unless you want to do a body drop and/or need new bushings. They will lower our vehicles ~3/4". I'm pretty sure it all originated from this Avalanche (http://www.truckinweb.com/brandpages/chevy/0702tr_custom_chevrolet_avalanche/index.html).
