    Window Tint Info.

I went with 3M Crystalline 90 on the windshield, Crystalline 40 on the other windows. The nano technology used in the Crystalline product cuts heat a lot more than other tints. Nobody can tell that the coating is on the windshield, the 90 is nearly clear.

Service visit tomorrow - what recalls & know issues do I need to be aware of?

What's the Dinghy towing recall? When I input my VIN, it doesn't come up. I have a 2015 Tahoe with the 2 speed transfer case and I plan to dinghy tow my Tahoe.

    Anyone Ordering 2016's?

Am I correct in saying that most of the problems seem to be on the upper level trim LTZ and Denali vehicles?...and most were early production 2015, built prior to November 2014? I have had no problems on my LT built late 2014. When they put the 8spd in the 5.3 vehicles, it will be nice...

    2015 Tahoe Z71

I was faced with the same choice... Max Trailering or Z71. Since I couldn't find a Z71 in local dealer stock, I went with the LT 4x4 with Max Trailering. The rear shocks on the max trailering are auto leveling air, nice ride, and the front springs and shocks are noticeably stiffer than prior...

What do you mean to "use oil"? Are you polling on if our vehicle burns oil?

What DON'T you like about your 2015?

    1. The MyLink (Radio, Sat, and especially the Navigation) system is slow to respond to comands. Both the touch screen and the steering wheel controls. It's like an old computer. 2. The low beam headlights aren't bright enough. Love everything else.

    So....thinking I have a lemon...

I know how frustrated you must be. I had issues with my 2005 H2 when we bought it in October of 2004. The issues began the first morning after purchase, when the battery was dead. As WBMSU did the same, once I contacted GM support, the dealer gave me a new Yukon to drive while they figured...

    Prices Paid

Since this is the first model year, I leased mine. If it turns out to be a good vehicle, I'll buy it at the end of the lease, if not, I'll get a new one. .. and in the first 4,000 miles, so far, so good. I love it.

    First Oil Change... When?

It was an early manual for vehicles with petroleum based oil, or if the oil life monitor was accidentally reset. Turns out mine, built in 12/1014, has synthetic oil, as the reason they suggested to wait until 6,000-7,000 miles.

    First Oil Change... When?

On my 2015 Tahoe LT 4x4, production date December 2014, my manual says to change the oil at 3,000 miles the first time. The dealer says they won't change it until 6,000-7,000 miles. Anyone know what's correct or what you've done?

Wow! That is great MPG. I saw 24 mpg in mine on our first 200 mile trip across the SoCal desert, some grades, but it was during the breaking period, so I kept the speed down. Since then, we average 18.5mpg with a load of about 800 lbs. City seems to average about 15mpg. Towing is about 10-12...

    Not thrilled

I'm sorry you're having all these problems. I've had mine for 2 months, 3,000 miles, none of these problems so far. I drive a lot at night, through the desert and the headlights are the same bright as my 2003 HD 2500, HID would be nice, LED even better, but I bought it knowing they were not...

2015 Tahoe LT, 4x4, max towing, Nav, 20" polished wheels, and premium ride w/leveling. I bought through the Costco Auto Buyer Program. $1,200 UNDER invoice. Less GM loyalty incentive of $1,000, and $3,000 credit from my GM card. In total, sticker was $58k, paid just under $49k.

    Mpg

I have a 2015 Tahoe LT 4x4 with Max Towing. I drive from LA to Arizona 2x a month. There's a couple 6% grades and a lot of minor grades, but the best I've got was during the 500 mile break-in period, driving 55mph I got 20.5 mpg with about 800 lbs of people and cargo. Since then, averaging...

    Newby

Hi All, I'm new to this forum, I've owned a variety of GM and other vehicles and my newest is a 2015 Chevy Tahoe LT 4x4 with Max towing package, that is primarily used for commuting back and forth between SoCal and Arizona.

    GM Repurchased 2nd 2015 Denali--Be Cautious of 2015s

I have no such issue on my 2015 Tahoe. It's an LT trim, with no sun-roof. Just curious if they tried disabling the noise canceling feature? My LT does not have that feature. If not, it seems like a vent location issue, creating a change in inside pressure, like if you were to roll down...
