2016 Tahoe 2/3 drop stiff rear ride

I think thats the problem, once you start driving the rear squats about 1/2". That's probably when the frame rest on the bump stop. To rule that out, remove the bump stops and take the suv around the block if the stiffness is gone, thats the problem. The fix would be the free travel mod or leave...

2016 Tahoe 2/3 drop stiff rear ride

Take a picture of the bump stops, they maybe to close to the frame, you may need to do the free travel mod on the frame.

You are correct, I'm not sure how it works but when the ALC compressor went out on my suv, I got the Chevy lean, I wasn't even aware of such thing.

    2007 Yukon, Belltech 753. Squatting?

The rear ALC also keeps the suv level from side to side. With out it you will get the chevy lean. https://www.tahoeyukonforum.com/threads/leaning-to-the-left-problem-or-normal.95527/

    New motor core fee?

What's wrong with the current engine? I have seen these engines go pass 300k miles with no major issues. 10k is definitely to much, have an indy shop price the R&R and compare

    "SERVICE STABILITY"

Who ever installed the sensor did not follow the installation instructions. Minute 6.24 states not to remove the spring until the steering column is installed and center. That step is what gets everyone, once the spring is removed the sensor is shot if the steering wheel in not centered. Ask me...

    Transmission!!!

Take it to the dealer, they will offer a 3yr warranty while a tranny shop will offer a 1 year warranty.

    Transmission!!!

Drive the suv on manual mode and shift up w the column shifter +/- button and report back. If it drives in manual mode it's the shift silonoids. I know two folks that their trannys stop driving on auto and worked on manual mode. Both tahoes were low miles and 2018 models. Transmission repairs...

Anyone Purchased Extended Warranty Plan ?

The way I do it is buy the vehicle and finance it thru the manufacturer then right before the warranty goes out, I refinance thru my credit union. The credit union...
