Is this the correct BellTech kit for me?

I'm glad it's not just me that finds their website to be somewhat annoying!! I would like to drop 2-4". I don't want to keep the airride or magnetic shocks, mine are worn out and need replacing. Thanks

Is this the correct BellTech kit for me?

07 Suburban LTZ 5.3 4WD with the factory air ride and mag shocks on the front (Z95?) Would this be the correct Belltech kit for me? https://www.belltech.com/products/belltech/lowering/belltech-front-and-rear-complete-kit-with-street-performance-shocks-753sp.html or this one...

    MBRP 3" catback. 6.2 Denali

I had no drone... loved it. Nothing bad to say about that MBRP system. I actually sold the Yukon 2 weeks ago and the exhaust of course went with it.... waiting (im)patiently for my Burb to come back from the import process, its been 2 months now. Ill be looking at installing similar on the Burb.

Is my Burb a 1 of 4 car?

Yes, I'm currently importing it into The Netherlands.

Is my Burb a 1 of 4 car?

Have been playing with the www.compnine.com VIN decoder (useful tool BTW) and ran my Denali and my Burb. From what I can tell my 07 Burb LTZ is a 1 of 4 production for 07, from 124,324 1/2 ton Suburbans built that year. RPO VC7 & CW6 export spec vehicle for GUAM! total 4 RPO B3V TEST EXTENDED...

Help needed with P0171 & P0174 running lean at idle. My fault!

Fixed! Intake manifold removed today, found this sealed plastic nipple (somebody here will know the name) broken off close to the fuel rail.... Guess I caught it or leaned on it when replacing the pressure sensor and busted it. Capped it off and it's running normal again. Fuel trims back to...

I'm going to order up the FelPro MS97126 set.

Thanks. I have a flat valley. 2nd design it is :)

Help needed with P0171 & P0174 running lean at idle. My fault!

Been out and double checked everything again. The only line I can find any 'play' in is the brake booster line, where it connects to the manifold. I can move that back and forth maybe 3/16 inch, but doing so doesnt seem to affect the running of the car. Ive resigned to fate and booked myself a...

Help needed with P0171 & P0174 running lean at idle. My fault!

Thanks for the pics and ideas. Mine is an 07 6.2, so no VLOM. One thing I can rule out at least. The other lines I have replaced with new and as far as I can tell are OK. My strongest doubts lie with the brake booster vacuum line and its connection in the intake manifold. Unfortunately that...

Help needed with P0171 & P0174 running lean at idle. My fault!

Yes, to be honest I think the inlet manifold is going to have to come off. What a PITA. Ive been looking on Rockauto and I see for the inlet manifold gaskets there is a '1st design' and a '2nd design' option. Does anyone know what I will need? Its an 07 6.2 non afm/dod. My last course of...

Help needed with P0171 & P0174 running lean at idle. My fault!

I managed to reset the LTFTs by disconnecting the battery. On closed loop they rise to 25% (max) at idle quite quickly. On the road/under throttle they immediately lower to normal levels.

Help needed with P0171 & P0174 running lean at idle. My fault!

Just thinking out loud now... If the oil pressure sensor wasn't tightened down quite tight enough, could that cause a vacuum leak?

Help needed with P0171 & P0174 running lean at idle. My fault!

That's all been checked and double checked. Zero leaks on the intake tube.

Help needed with P0171 & P0174 running lean at idle. My fault!

Sorry thats a typo. It was +4%. But indeed +/- 10% is considered normal and wont set a CEL. I presume now having enabled some more PIDs on my scanner that its the LTFTs being pegged at +25% thats causing the CEL.

Help needed with P0171 & P0174 running lean at idle. My fault!

I disconnected the battery for 5 mins to reset the LTFTs. They almost immediately run up to +24.55% on idle (the max). But drop to completely normal values the moment you give it throttle. I also did the water test on both banks for the inlet manifold gaskets. Zero rpm change and zero steam...

Help needed with P0171 & P0174 running lean at idle. My fault!

The middle value is the average, since last engine start I presume.

Help needed with P0171 & P0174 running lean at idle. My fault!

Thanks for the input so far. I have been back today and double checked everything, and to be honest it was as expected... it looks fine! I checked the brake booster vacuum line, and when I pushed on it, there was a slight click.... so I wondered immediately if I had found the problem...

Help needed with P0171 & P0174 running lean at idle. My fault!

Didn't remove intake manifold. Worked blind behind the manifold with extension bars. Was quite the achievement, if I say so myself

Help needed with P0171 & P0174 running lean at idle. My fault!

Hi folks, Looking for some advice, I've come as far as I can go without further help from people more experienced with the platform. A few weeks ago I replaced the oil pressure senor on my 07 Yukon XL 6.2. That all went great, but during that process I had to remove the two PCV/Evap lines...

Part number help. Engine bay vapor line

Part number help! Does anyone know the name/part number of the vapor line that goes from the engine bay purge valve, along the valve cover and 90degrees down the back of the block. It's the line with the green cap/valve on it. I've broken one of the connectors and now I have a leak which is...

What did you do to your NNBS GMT900 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

Made some progress on my recently purchased Burb. 4x new Geolanders to replace the dry rotted crap that was on there. Alignment. New front discs and pads. Plenty of meat on the old ones, just rusted to hell. Disc and pad change on these trucks are super easy :)
