Yeah the clips from the TECHM that hold the sleeve clicked in without a problem. I agree with u that it has to be pushed in a little further. Once I drop the pan again I’ll bang it with a mallet to crush the washers more flush.
I replaced this sleeve twice already but fluid is still apparent INSIDE the connector as your original post stated. There isn’t fluid leaking from the exterior of the passage sleeve where the two washers are. Is fluid supposed to be inside and help with conductivity? I’m so confused.
I confirmed today in my 08 Escalade that the compressor does work like explained here. In fact the air blows stronger and colder when the recirculation button is pressed and the compressor cycles on n off. When the button is turned off with the compressor constantly on, the air is cold but not...
Did you fix your issue? There are two orifice tubes in the rear that need to be checked if air is struggling to get cold. Now if the high side line is cold underneath and not cold air in the rear, then the blend door is the culprit.
I replaced this sleeve twice and it’s still leaking from the connector. I have a new TECHM installed as well. At this point I’m tired of dropping the pan to address the sleeve. Plus the pins aren’t loose.
They used to sell them on eBay but now it’s just the led bar as opposed to the individual leds that match up perfect with the OEM esky lights. Another option is to find someone local or on social media willing to tackle the job of extending the length of your OEM brake light.
I had the exact same codes and symptoms plus the truck in limp mode not going over 30mph two days ago. I went to YouTube and found a video upgrading the ground strap and walla no more issues. I used 0/1 gauge as opposed to the smaller wire as stated in the video. You may want to change the...
I read the codes yesterday and today the BlueDriver has power but it won’t pull the codes. It’s as if the obd2 isn’t responding. This lead me to believe it’s an electrical issue apparent somewhere.
I had a custom full led bar a few years ago but one of the leds went out and I put the oem one back on. I was trying to make sure this Amerilite bar was the same as the one in the pic I included.
Check ground wires..I don’t think the issue was related to that fuse. The truck sitting for a little while triggered something that may have been corroded or loose. The DLIS is the ignition switch and theft deterrent module.
I have an 08 Esky with about 116k. Recently I have experienced some swaying with going around uneven corners in the rear of the vehicle. There is a squealing sound which is very annoying. Up and down movement doesn’t generate it, only side to side if that makes sense.
Shit..glad I seen this pic b4 pulling the plug on those pricey rear arms. I just wanted to purchase them to move my rear wheels back after dropping the suspension in the rear.

Yup so the leak was at the top of the tank with a hairline hole. New radiator was installed n used about 2 1/2 bottles of dexcool to refill.
