What did you do to your NNBS GMT900 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

It does. So it's probably not in spec.

What did you do to your NNBS GMT900 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

I can get it to attach, but it doesn't sit flush with the rest of the trim when locked. It could just be that the knob I bought isn't strictly OEM.

What did you do to your NNBS GMT900 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

I've seen the armrest trim piece for about $15 and the handle trim piece for around $10, both on eBay. The problem is that they're insanely hard to find at that price. Other sellers have them listed for the same prices that you mention. Since you've done door panels, you got any tips for...

    Looking to buy, updated

You're going to have to get an even older vehicle (2010 or earlier) if you don't want AFM, as you know. At this point, you'll have to decide between getting a newer vehicle and the possibility of AFM troubles or having to be concerned with whatever could crop up in a 12-to-15-year-old used vehicle.

What did you do to your NNBS GMT900 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

Update: Yesterday I found out that Autozone sells a bolt that fits the door: Needa 455940 (replaces GM 11570136). Now all I need are the trim pieces and my job is completely complete.

What did you do to your NNBS GMT900 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

Not today, but earlier this week I replaced the passenger-side mirror on my recently bought Yukon XL Denali. When I bought the truck, I found out that the mirror had no power and that it rattled, so I had to adjust it by hand to drive it home. Whoever replaced the original mirror did a...

Looking for door screws/bolts and trim pieces

Thanks for the tip! GMPG has the exact info I need, and they told me that the original part number has been replaced by a different one. In case anyone else needs the info: Mirror Assembly Nut - 25601643 (replaces 11508388, according to GMPG) Door Trim Bolt - 11570136 (edited back)

Looking for door screws/bolts and trim pieces

Hey all, So I'm about to replace the passenger side mirror on my Yukon XL and, in the process, tighten up the obvious hack job that the previous owner did. Replacing the mirror and the missing trim pieces on the door panel won't be hard, but there are some fasteners that I'll need in order to...

    New-to-me 2011 Yukon XL Denali

All sound advice. I plan to wrench on what I can wrench on, and let a shop do what I can't. Brakes might be a sooner-than-later job... I'm considering upgrading them just to feel more comfortable.

    New-to-me 2011 Yukon XL Denali

Any idea what an intermittent message means? I started and stopped the vehicle quite a few times today going from place to place, and sometimes the message showed up and sometimes it didn't. It didn't appear at all on my drive home.

    New-to-me 2011 Yukon XL Denali

That's what I suspected. I'll try that (actually right now while I'm sitting here!). Surprised you had to do that for your '20 Fusion... but now that you mention it, that may solve some file reading issues we've had with my wife's '13. EDIT: just checked, and it is FAT32.

    New-to-me 2011 Yukon XL Denali

Thanks! I'd never bought a vehicle sight-unseen before, but there was no time at which I could have made the trip to test it out first. Fortunately, I do have a decent service history, which helped tremendously. The multitude of search results while I was researching led me to join once I...

    New-to-me 2011 Yukon XL Denali

Good afternoon all, Yesterday I drove from NC to TN to pick up my 2011 GMC Yukon XL Denali, which I bought sight-unseen (never did that before!) from a big dealer in East Tennessee. 174,9xx miles, paid $14850 for it. Drove the truck home afterward and said to myself "this feels right." It's...
