Just wondering if anyone has gotten the free travel mod done at any reputable shops in NYC. I don't have the means to do it myself, so at this point would rather just have it done somewhere.
Both are 2" drop spindles but the 2511 is meant for 3" drops or more. It has better ball joint angles or something like that.

The adjustable upper and lower control arms are the ones that move the axle back and correct pinion angle.
The brackets is so that the suspension doesn't bind. As you go lower and lower, then need the arms to recenter the axle in the wheel well.

Truck looks great like that. So is this after settling a bit? Is it much stiffer now? That's been my gripe with my truck, find it too soft, especially on the highway. Also is the truck aligned or have a camber kit?

Wow..so after getting the new springs it's still too low? How you think it is now?
Yeah if the coilovers alone will net the right drop, probably makes sense to put the stock spindles in.

Been watching your post and I was starting to get interested myself with the coil overs and how the springs are too weak. I started searching around myself and found this YouTube video:
Guy has 1200lb Hyperco springs but used the QA1 DS401 coil over instead since the spring is 8", so not sure...
I had pondered the idea as well but think the mirrors from the 2014 and up Silverado/Sierra would look better since their a bit bigger than the Tahoe and are angular in shape. Maybe if the base can be swapped it might work.
Truck is lowered already, but been messing with different drop combos. Currently have DJM control arms up front with McGaughy drop shock. Basically I needed a non airride shock for me to use the McGaughy's, so ended up using the spring and top perch from a cheap replacement shock (SenSen Speedy...
Just did quick research myself and saw the 830s are a bit longer. But thanks a lot for sharing. It's heck of a lot cheaper than OEM or Arnotts.

That's good to know. Just curious again on how you figured that out lol? I'm assuming they hook right up to the autoride compressor or no?
On RockAuto I saw a very similar shock Monroe MA830. Wonder if it's the same shock.

Like I mentioned, it could be the radio itself. Sucks that's it's more pricing than anything else. The Bose amp for me was only $70 on eBay but got to return it.
This wouldn't work because you have to replace the DRL socket for the new bulb to work. The wiring you posted would only work for a socket with 3 wires already.
