Close. A saws-all, grinder and a BFG. It was a pain but now I can get it aligned when I'm done. No telling how much a shop would have charged me to do it. Yesterday I changed out the lower ball joints. Not to bad when you get the right tool.
Could you go old school and get air shocks? Air shocks could be adjusted as needed, when towing just add more air pressure. On board controller with compressor. Like the Air-Lift suspension on my 06 Mustang. It is sitting low here but I can make it look like a 4x4 if I want too just by pushing a...
One of the guys here said to just bend the aluminum tube part just before it bolts up. That will be hard to do but I am going to try. I thought about taking it to a hydraulic hose place and having it cut and spliced longer but not sure if that would be OK. Also thought about cutting the end off...

I like what you have done with your lights. Have you made a list of the light mods and a detailed "How to" so someone can do the same thing without screwing it up.

Oh yea....and a freon leak on the hose that is too tight because of the body lift.
Changed out my trans oil cooler lines and connectors yesterday. Broke the oil cooler so had to get a new one but all in all not to difficult. Every time I work on this thing I am glad I installed the 3" body lift. Makes everything easier to get to.

Good point. That would be a better choice to save money. I just like having lots of tools. The ones I don't use very often can be on the cheaper side and that is OK with me.
New Z71 springs and 2-1/2" spacers would be tough to get in. Just get a spring compressor set from Harbor Freight for $30 and it would be a lot easier.
Got the Cognito links installed up front and the longer Jeep links installed in the rear. I was worried about the rubber boot getting into the front links but I was able to turn them a little and got clearance. New sway bar mounts front and back also. Even went ahead and installed new u-joints...
