    Never been an issue with our own vehicles setting off the radar, but other vehicle's blind spot monitors set them off constantly when you pass someone or they pass you.

    Air ride trucks have different springs IIRC. Find some non-autoride springs and put those in.

    Not really a flaw. It wore out, all seals do. If you've only replaced that o ring and pan gasket by 250k, get ready for a lot more "Major Flaws" Pinion seals, door seals, manifold gaskets, intake gaskets, head gaskets, valley pan gaskets, etc all fail on all vehicles.

    Torsion key question

    More than likely one bar is sagged out. It's an old truck. You can find a set of junkyard bars and install those, or deal with uneven key bolt lengths. It's not going to be very apparent.

    nope. Very basically, you desolder the motors and resolder in new ones. There's a guy here who does lights on speedos all the time, I think he does stepper motors too. Need to send him mine this summer, I'm out a few lights, and three steppers are dead.

    It should be kinda like one touch IIRC. Haven't used mine in a while, it's still 29 here. You get it close to closed and it finishes up. If it's not working, try cycling it from full vent, to fully open a few times. If not, pull the positive terminal for a half hour, see if that does it...

    Common problems? 2000-06

    Interior parts, those sell for decent money if they work and have paint intact. Switches, and the lights in them especially, die all the time. Sems like every time I get in, another light's out.

    BORA and shifted are high quality hub centric spacers. A few other companies make them too, but you want to read reviews and make sure they're hub centric and not going to fall apart.

    Not a euphemism, people really will spend 70k on a vehicle and then think it looks nice with a spotty matte finish from a can. Too lazy/cheap/scared to pull and paint. The dupicolor is 15 bucks and an assorted pack of sand paper is 10 :emotions33:
