20's or 22's Wheels/Tires
I run 305/45 22 on mine and love the ride. I also have an Avalanche with factory 20's, and while the ride on the Yukon is slightly stiffer, I prefer it. It is definitely not harsh at all. The ride in my Infiniti on 35 series 20's is a different story lol -

Cup holder cover stuck. How to remove.
+1 on removing the console. No screws, but you'll have to take the driver's side dash end piece off by the fuse box (all clips - just pull from bottom), and the bottom piece below the steering wheel (4 screws - I believe torx, and a good yank), and then do as stated above, starting to pull up... -

Not silly at all, dbbd. Good q... It is on ignition power (switched), so it turns on and off with the truck. The manual switch is typically in the 'on' position but is there in case I have to switch it off fast or during a stop while the truck is running. Keeps me from having to reach up...- Pivot

So I was hooking up my Uniden V3 radar detector this weekend, and discovered that those little round all-purpose 12v switches you can buy anywhere fit perfectly in the 12 outlet once you remove the actual recepticle behind it. Vibration in my Denali same place. Music, even when not very loud, and other conditions, cause it. If u put solid pressure on the door panel under the door handle/lock area, as close to the dash as you can, it stops (on mine). Pulling my door panels off for a diff project when the weather breaks... -

Funny, I just ordered this Frostfighter kit recently. There are other styles of tab they offer on that site, for Honda, etc that change the connection angle to vertical that will work on our trucks. The vertical angle will reduce the stress on the welds to the glass. And stretch the wires a bit... -

Escalade side mirrors on a Tahoe LTZ!
This is a really smart mod to solve a really stupid problem. I'm 6'5 and like my seat as high as possible, so the little 1970 Fiat mirrors on the Denali doesn't cut it. The added height of the Esco mirrors will be helpful to me. I have an Avalanche also and love the huge mirrors- why GM... -
