I will agree, that the ride is not as good as I would prefer, my biggest issue is the jitteriness when hitting small imperfections on the road. My 2020 Ram has a better ride and its a truck.
I think a lot of this could be fixed with a variable rate aftermarket shock or ordering one with...
I had the carpet liners in my 2016 GMS Sierra and they held up fine and my bro n law has the truck now and still no issue.
They are a pain to get muck off, but a good pressure washing is all that is needed.
The Yukon got an Oil Change and Tire rotation, while at the dealer, I picked up the GMC puddle lights very happy with the small upgrade. Now I just need to get e front GMC that is lit up :).
So looks like we are both correct. The new HD Rams do not have telescoping steering(odd in this day n age) but the newer 1500's have telescoping. :whymewhyme:
For me, I would prefer to have telescoping steering over adjustable pedals, but then again I am 6'2".
I did not even notice till the first vacuum...I was kinda surprised how cheap it is.
It is not as bad VW's from the early 2000's those were the absolute worst. (I used to work a car wash)
I think this was a silly decision on GM, for me it's not a big deal, but for some it is necessary. Even my plebian spec Ram as adjustable pedels.
GM really seems to cheap out on the oddest things....
I have to agree, our Yukon has really impressed me with the interior configuration and space. With three kids, this SUV is the best by far.
I looked at Expeditions and they are good, but the 3rd row is just not as good as the Yukon.
I have sat in the 3rd row in our Yukon and I fit with our...
Hummm, we did have a few initial issues that the dealer took care of(power sliding consol, no AM/FM)
As for ongoing issues? There is a rattle on the passenger side middle row seat and the front passenger window seems to get grease on the inside of the window when you put it down.
Pretty minor...
Well the wheels lasted about 4 months......
I went ahead ordered a new one and had it installed. For now this one will sit and maybe at some point I have it repaired.
I have not as it has been the doing this since day one I figured that is just how they are. To add there is nothing abnormal in the way the systems operate, so nothing for them to look for. No codes, no 4x4 not engaging, no barking brake issues, etc. I really only notice it when it is parked in...
Yes, a 10k markup sounds about right, I saw several dealers that do that.
Our dealer started at 5k and we worked them down to 3k and then they gave us an extended warranty at no additional cost, so it was a wash at paying MSRP which was still hard for me, as I generally buy vehicles below MSRP...
Ours has done that since day one. My theory is that its priming the electronic brake system.
Also steering wheel lock makes a lot of noise after the vehicle is shut off.
