    I've got the rare Denali that did not have the overhead DVD installed...I too hate it because it blocks rearward vision. I installed the headrest monitors and they work great.

    If your local Chevy/GMC dealer doesn't provide loaners, you might check with the neighborhood Cadillac dealer. I use them exclusively now...it's the same service and the same parts, and I always get a loaner and the truck gets a bath before I pick it up.

    I pulled my K&N out and went back to stock....the truck runs better that way. Apparently my MAF sensor didn't like it either.

    I tapped into the wire on the passenger side of the dashboard for my V1. Pop the plastic cover off, and IIRC it's the yellow and black wire (you can check it with a voltage meter or test light). There is also bolt into the frame right next to it which makes a perfect ground connection.

    The other end of the line is behind the bumper...you should see it hanging there. There is another "Blow off" fitting under the hood...they are set up that way by design. If the fluid freezes, it pops off and releases the pressure. Snap them back together and you are on your way.

    Windshield wipers just... suck.

    Invisible glass is good, but I find that as you use the can, the quality of the product goes down. By the time you are down to the last 1/3 of the can, it doesn't foam too much and I end up throwing it out. I've been using the ZEP glass cleaner from HD...works well and I can use the entire bottle.

    Anything after 2010 requires a trip to the dealer, as I recall. The fobs have to be programmed through Tech 2.

    2007 Denali w/ Nav but no Rear Entertainment

    My 2010 Denali was optioned the same as yours. Units with nav and no DVD are rare. I went with the headrest units....bought the GM ones on eBay for 1/2 the cost at the dealer. Installed them myself in less than 2 hours. I like that both screens can show different programming or the same.
