To AUX or not to AUX

Easy, pull your glovebox out, unplug the satellite harness from the box, plug the bluefusion harness into it and plug your satellite harness into the bluefusion harness, run the mic wire up the a pillar to the headliner area, pair your phone with the unit and voilá, done. Well put your vehicle...

I have a bluefusion bfcl2k. Check it out and see if it's something you may want to try.

To AUX or not to AUX

Ill check the model number of mine and let you know, I have an older version that works with my 03 Denali, but I took it out when I put my app radio in. If you're interested maybe we can work out a deal. Pm me if you want it.

    Rubber surround broken

Funny you mention this, I just did the surround on my jl 12 a couple weeks ago. It's really easy, and instructions are included. Basically clean the old material off and glue the new to the cone, let it dry, then apply adhesive to the outside, run the supplied audio disc to center the sub and...

To AUX or not to AUX

I got ya man, but I figured a 20-30 dollar unit to get streaming audio through your stock unit would be a viable option.

To AUX or not to AUX

Why not get a Bluetooth add on module, like the bluefusion, or something to that effect, they are pretty much plug and play, all you have to do is run the mic wire up to the headliner.

    2004 Yukon Transmission Problem?

I think you can pull codes from the trans, not sure though. Id take it to a trans shop, or at least pick their brains first, but definitely change the fluids and filter first, then go from there. My trans took a poop this spring, but the symptoms were nothing like that. Good luck!

    Tire wear - Scalloping

First off, welcome to the forum! And this is posted in the wrong section. But I'll try to help anyway, I know you have had the alignments done and what not, but it sounds like either a ball joint is shot, or most likely a tie rod end. But you would think they would see that in the allignment...

    Fuel Level Sensor

You get what you pay for when it comes to parts, cheaper is not always better. I had a pump go out on my tahoe, bought a cheap pump unit on ebay, and it went out about 8 months after i put it in. My mechanic friends all recommend delphi or delco pumps. They are pricey, but last a long time.

    Weird Electrical Problem

Definitely check the connections, take it to your local autozone or advance auto and have them check the battery. They can check it under load, and check to see if there is a dead cell. Im sure that since you drove it 450 miles since you drained it, it should have been charged completly by the...

    DVD player for the kiddos

I got a unit off of amazon, it's a flip down, ceiling mount unit that is pretty close to factory match, color wise. Its made by a company called tview. And you can get ir headphones for it, but I just use the radio tuner.

    Trailer hitch, junkyard or uhaul?

Leave the junkyard hitch alone, by the time you get it off and. Leaned up and new hardware, you would have the price of a new one. If i remember right, wallyworld has class 3-4 receivers for around 100 150. I don't know what u haul would charge, along with install. You decide, but the one on my...

    Lq4 6.0 for my Hoe

If you're doing the cam swap now, look into a higher stall converter, too. Easier to do it now that its out, then having to drop the tranny to do it later.

Noob question about Denali for sale

Price wise you're in the ball park. I paid 13,5 for mine Denali with 83,000 on it. As far as anything else, it's your call. Options and whatnot are all creature comforts. The denali has all options in them already. If you aren't sure about the vehicle do a car fax on it and take it to a...

    Oil leak

Sorry to say, but its almost likely your rear main seal. I just did mine when I rebuilt my tranny, mine wasn't leaking, but I figured since I was there.... Anyway, my last Tahoe had a rear main seal leak like crazy. There wasnt any fluid on the torque converter, and I knew it was not the intake...

    ipod / aux interface

I'll check the instructions for my bluefusion, but i think you need to have xm to use it. *Edit* I checked mine out and it will work with a non xm radio too, it comes with a piggy back harness. If you are interested, I'm getting rid of mine due to a system upgrade and not needing it. Pm me if...
