    ..my 2cents...go with a leftover 18 at a huge savings and upgrade to a '21 in 2yrs if it seems the new design is a winner. We just sold our 15XL and picked up a '17 suburban premier knowing that a '21 my be an option in the near future.

    The buffeting with these trucks is a different animal and is very different than most buffeting issues. Many 15 and 16 owners had them bought back by GM due to making people sick. I feel that 17+ models seem to be a lot better when referring to the "known" issues with this platform.

    The 2018 Expedition is entirely different than a pre 18 and is what we are comparing. The older version isn't even close enough to compare with 15+ Yukon/tahoe/burb. .

    Yes, that's correct but they are just vented not chilled regardless of the AC is running.

    I have a set of Black Bucket seats for Xl or suburban. Heated and powered and are for an SLT or Premier/LTZ as they are perforated. Excellent condition. PM if interested.

    17+ are only vented...not truly A/C. 15 and 16 models actually cool but only when the A/C is running. You'll get airflow regardless if the AC is on, however. while the 15/16 models do truly cool, they also vent warm air out the rear vents. Not sure if the new "vented" style act the same or...

    yep, one thing I wanted to do with our white yukon. Color match them rather than the black. But the tahoe looks good too wrapped.

    Why 22’s over 20’s

    I think 20s were more than fine on the previous design but like most newer vehicles, the belt line and fender heights are much higher and the once large 20" looks almost too small, IMO. IMO, our 17 Suburban with 22s has a better ride than our 15 Yukon with 20s.

    Thanks. It seems after reading reviews on multiple sites, the only real knock is the flash time is rather short compared to other coatings.

    Nice!! I'm considering the pinnacle black coating as you used, Carpro Cquartz or Gtechniq light ceramic. All of the 1-2yr coatings seem to be similar in price and results.

    Sorry, I did forget...going from bench to buckets will require new carpet as there is one additional slice for the extra floor mount. I have weathertech mats in rear so I never ordered the new carpet piece. I can grab a pic and show what it looks like swapping bench to buckets.
