door pin replacement
front door now no longer sags or pops open, when opening the door, but I still have some wind noise coming in from the road that shouldn't be. Not sure how to find it. -

I finally did this job. It was a lot tougher than I thought it would be. I lifted the door off with a engine lift, so that wasn't too bad. Mine only had one plug on the inside in the fuse box there, so that wasn't too bad. The hard part was getting the hinge pins and bushings off, I used a... -

hard to start

hard to start
I just got an 03 suburban 70K miles. It seems to turn over more than the 01 tahoe I have on starting. No codes are shown on the computer. I checked the fuel pressure and it is very strange. Does anyone have any instruction on replacing the front door hinge pins and bushings. I saw someone had one that stated remove the door first, but I am unsure exactly how the door comes off, is the wiring harness on the inside of the cab? It looks to me that you would have to remove the hinge...
