I have already purchased this kit to put on my truck once I go to the 26's. Believe it or not TireRack had a pair of these rotors in Delaware and I got them. I searched for days trying to find them. Once I get my wheels and drop kit I will be doing the brake upgrade at the same time.
It shouldn't be overheating like that. I would check to make sure the fan clutch is operational or that there isn't an obstruction in your radiator. How high was the temp gauge reading?
Of course you can get electric fans that would move more air than that clutch fan but you would need to...
That strikes me as very very odd. Every single listing in my parts catalog has a switch of some sort on the drier. Can you post a picture of your drier?

My name is Jason and I am relatively new to these forums. I have spent the past couple of weeks feverishly reading through the pages of information on this forum and have taken lots of notes.
I wanted to share my truck with you all as well as my journey so I figured I would...
The way I understand it he is saying his remote start is not working so he can't start it to get his air conditioning going before he gets in the truck. If you have a check engine light on or another light on the dash the truck will flash the lights and not turn on. Check for MIL lights and fix...
