Holley HI-Ram Intake manifold on 5.3
Highrise intakes are not good for trucks. Highrise intakes are for High RPM engines where the power is in the 6000+ rpms. You will be slower off the line than a smart car trying to move the weight of a truck.- Vette66

4-cylinder RPMs same as V8 RPMs?
RPM's are Revolution Per Minute. The is the revolution on the crank it does not matter if it is a single cylinder or if its 100 cylinders the RPM's will be the same. Believe it or not my 91 Honda Civic with a DOHC B16 turbo'd (7psi) had 60 more HP and 10 less torque than my Yukon and got 32...- Vette66

Its a lot of blue but I think white LED's would be too bright. They dim but not evenly so controlling the bright white LED's might be a pain. I like the blue will see how I like it next month. If I don't like it I can always change them to something else, it only took a total of about a hour and... -
Just did LED dash replacement even 4wd select
Just replaced ALL the lights with LEDs in the dash. Even the 4WD select that does not come apart. Snipped the bulbs off and it left stubs of the old bulbs. Soldered LEDs directly to these and found the Gray wire off the connector was power to the lights. Added a 330ohm resister and it worked... -

Yep yep, also you should use new head bolts every time you pull the heads. The reason for the 90 deg first and second pass is for stretch and not a specific torque spec. -

bad gas mileage
The DIC's 99% are not accurate. I don't have one on my truck 02' but I do have a OBDII dongle and Android app that reads the same data as the DIC and it is not accurate either. If fact I have 2 different apps and OBDII dongles (iPhone and Android) they both read about the same MPG that is not...- Vette66

Engine Torque specs 00-06 4.6l, 5.3l, 6.0l
Here are the torque specs for the 00-06' 4.6l, 5.3l, 6.0l maybe we can get a sticky with these, maybe even body torque specs also if somebody has access to them. I can also turn these into a pdf if anybody is interested. -

led brake light help
You got screwed out of $1 worth of parts. I did not have this problem but I also purchased different lights. -

bad gas mileage
The great MPG but be from the stickers, I always heard they do extra special things to vehicles. Especially the horse one on the side, that has to give you 1-2 mpg alone. LOL- Vette66

I am told if you get a tune you may see 1-2+ mpg. So this maybe the case with some of these. 00-06 of same body style/engine get about the same MPG.- Vette66

Nice looks like it takes the PIDs from Torque also. I might just have to try that out. -

Make sure you get the Wifi one for the iPhone. Not sure all the tech stuff on it but iPhone does not play well with BT readers. Also the programs are cheaper for Androids. The iPhone program I have "REV" is $40 and works well on wifi I can not get it to talk to my BT dongle. ---------- Post... -

Not to doubt you but COMPUTERS LIE!!!. Currently my truck is telling me I am getting 17.1 MPG in town. But if I take the miles and divide them by the gallons used I get 11.3 mpg. Now which is more accurate? Raw data will always be more accurate. Try filling it up and figure out the mileage, that... -

01 Denali won't stay running, no codes
Yep just like this... And if you have a SES light its cause by a code. If you cant read it 2 things wrong your buddy's scanner is broken or the computer is toast. Which could be the reason its not running correctly also. Try another scanner.- Vette66
