    I don't think you are going to get the answer here you are looking for. I think I speak for 99.9% of the forum. Get your brakes fixed, they are nothing to fool around with. You can bailing wire your throttle together or JB Weld your rocker arms but don't mess around with your brakes.

    I can also say with certainty now the this will apply to all the 2000-2006 Chevy/GMC Yukon/Tahoe/Suburban. I just installed these in my sisters' 05 Tahoe and same deal. Had to install the load resisters or the cruise control would not work if the headlights where on.

    I got the idea from the thread you had stated you didn't really like the ones you had. These are nice the 3 stage the blinker off-running light-brake light. There is no doubt I am stopping or turning from behind the truck.

    Installed new tail lights. OEM replacements were out of control. So I opted for a aftermarket LED style. Little more upto date look. My old ones had cracked and where dull. These are BRIGHT almost to bright for people behind me. Will see if I get pulled over for them.

    I would get the console apart. Look and see if the PO customized the wiring. If so you might be better off finding a OEM harness and start from there. Then add the PAC.     Haha I was WRONG. My Yukon has an aluminum lift gate. My wife failed to tell me the decal on the back of the truck is a peel and stick not a magnet based decal. That's going to be a pain in the arse when its time to remove and replace.

    Yes Maybe No!!!!! We can not predict as you cant what has been done. Your going to have to pull it apart and see what is going on. Here is another question what year? 00-02 chimes work without radio but On-star doesn't, 03-06 chimes don't work and neither does the on-star. Info is needed...
