Couple questions 2000 obs z71
My dad's 1999 Suburban's gas gauge flutters back and forth all the time too. Did it before we did the fuel pump and after. I think it's normal on these trucks. That and the oil pressure gauge drops when you brake. Nothing wrong with the oil pressure, just dips down when slowing down. I wouldn't...- Bad bow tie

If I were a betting man...
A axle ranging from 1988-1998 will be compatable as long as it's 4wd. You may want to look into a 14 bolt semi float as they are much stronger than the garbage 10 bolt that it has now. It will hold up better to the bigger tires you are spinning. It is a dirrect swap in (again, 4wd only)...- Bad bow tie
