    I can't speak for the new ones, but GM stopped using discs in 2012 I think. The Nav maps became hard drive based.

    That's aawesome! Thanks everybody. The local GMC dealership called me today to say they have one due to arrive next week with the Dark Atmosphere. So I will get to see it in person soon. From the way it's been described, I think we will like it a lot. Thanks!

    The white diamond, compared to the colors I have had int past, is better quality. Less flaws compared to the black, mocha, summit white, and silver. That's just my experience with it.

    My wife liked the Amethyst too, she called it a girl color. We have chosen the Diamond White exterior. I have a Silverado that is Diamond white and we love it. We do not love the black interior though.

    All the panels that used to stick out are actually painted on the 2013. Last year of the truck so they did something special. Its also not marked as LTZ, instead it has Black Diamond badging.

    My dic reported 19.5 over two tanks, when I calculated it manually it worked out to 20.5. That was on a trip, so no extra idling or remote starts.

    I have been stiffed on ebay a few times. Make sure you report the user to ebay, but it doesn't really do much good. I think they will also allow you to offer it to the next lowest bidder if the high bidder doesn't pay.

    lol.... Once you set the controls on the hvac for the desired temp you will have no reason to ever look at it again. I access all the radio functions from the steering wheel. And last but NOT least, if you remote start the truck, and it sees how cold it is, it will turn on the seat heaters...

    SuperchargedSS is working on it for us. You will need to know which remote you need, I think there are 5 different ones depending on exactly which options you have.

    The sensors and the remotes are two separate and different things and they can be done separately. The remote part nmber should come with the remote, a little control box that plugs in, and an antenna. A dealership will have to program it all to work.
