I have a 2000 yukon xl and It is at 550 low idle and it starts shaking if I'm parked or stopped. I changed the fuel pump and filter, changed the idle air control and system cleaning also cleaned the throttle body but I have no codes

did you clean the IAC? typical sign of one being dirty or failing is low idle or idles up/down/dies
you will want to open it up and clean the heck out of it inside and out

Yup IAC (Idle air Control valve) is what controls the idle. It will get carboned up which will limit the travel of the pintle of the IAC forcing it to not be able to go to commanded Idle RPM position. Remove IAC and spray it down with brake parts cleaner and also inside the port the IAC screws into. Brake Parts Cleaner instantly turns carbon to just barely a watery sludge. Breaks it up fast.
