    I’ll get a cap for it. Did you see the video? Any idea why it constantly is engaging/ disengaging which ties into the air getting colder or hotter? Or are you still thinking it wasn’t charged correctly

    Yes. However when it’s sitting in hot air I can hear the condenser cycle on and off immediately as soon as it’s idling and after I turn the air on. In the morning it turns on once and then stays on

    In Tennessee, hottest it’s been is probably 96ish. Highway at 55ish everyday but won’t overheat if I’m in traffic or in the city

    Dealer did a evac and recharge. Changed the schrader valves. Nothing else wrong in their opinion. Ambient temp is around 90 when it happens.     Bump for people looking for an answer 5-10 years from now, I’m 98% sure it’s coming from the awd t-case, but I’m not going to pull the tcase apart. I have checked everything else in the drivetrain and nothing else is out of spec and is working as it should

    That’s what I don’t get! My only challenger was only noisy when off throttle when the diff went bad. I checked fluid all is well. Tomorrow I’m gonna start doing the rear main, I’ll check the tcase when I drop it all to see if I can find anything

    Nope just got it. Was going to go and do the service on the front rear and tcase. Just did the trans and a couple solenoids. Really hope I don’t have to fix the diff. I’m already doing the rear main seal and plate this weekend! lol
