removed, disassembled and replaced a bearing in my Transfer case

The 4L80 is a very Strong piece, it is pretty much a TH400 with OD
The internals are very close. infact you can use the intermediate Drum and Sprag on a TH400
It might be worth it to go to a "Good" AC shop after the hose is replaced.
They will leak check it with Nitrogen and Vaccum it before adding the charge
After the system is open its the only way to remove the Moisture you will introduce when you change the Line.

best to check these with a pressure tester,
but have a close look at all heater hoses, intake, waterpump

Original engine, Trans is rebuilt.
Front diff bad and being replaced, Rear diff is still running strong.
Synthetic gear lube is key for the Diffs.
GM Transfer case oil is a must also.
In the Future whenever you do a tranny service always replace the boost valve, it controls the line pressure and when they wear the fluid will bypass
and the clamping force on the clutches will suffer.
once they slip they are toast.

I would rather pour the cash into the GN.

Looking to either replace bearings or if its trashed when I get it apart I have a good used unit on hold at my wrecker.
