2009 Yukon Driver's Heated Seat Problem

I haven't done anything yet. My plan is to try to swap the left and right side blower parts to see if I can narrow it down that way without spending anything but my time. The hard part maybe the rear blower as it is riveted in.

2009 Yukon Driver's Heated Seat Problem

I tore apart the seat and tried to clean out the TED's with a bit of air. No luck with cleaning them. The next step would probably be replacement.

2009 Yukon Driver's Heated Seat Problem

ndirish39, It sounds like what you had happened may very well be the problem. The research I have done on how the seats heater functions is that it uses the TED(Thermoelectric Device) to control how much heat/electricity to apply to get the seat front and back to the correct temperature. Trying...

2009 Yukon Driver's Heated Seat Problem

I have just ran into the same problem with my 2009 Denali. The bottom or the back doesn't work in either both or the single mode. Only the drivers side heated seat doesn't work. The plugs on the module under the passenger side seat all look fine. Double checking the plugs under the drivers...

    Rear bucket seatbelt end replacement

The rear plastic had one screw and the rest just clipped in. When I tried to take off the rear bucket the first time I didn't see the screw and cracked the plastic piece. The fronts looks a bit different. From the diagram it does look like there are two wires for the fronts to know if its...

    Rear bucket seatbelt end replacement

The parts came in yesterday and it was very easy to install. Once I took the plastic panel off the rear bucket there were two 5/8" bolts holding the seat buckle catch to the seat assembly. I would guess the fronts maybe harder as the center console will make it difficult to get a ratchet in there.

Is this a good deal on a CPO

I want to say yes but I wish the CPO bumper to bumper was over a year. Also to be sure on the power train...is it an additional 5 years/100k miles or is it 5 years/100k miles from original first owner date of purchase?

    Rear bucket seatbelt end replacement

The left passenger buckets seat belt isn't catching so I ordered up a new one. It looks like there is a lot of plastic to take off on my 2009 Denali bucket seat. Any help on this as the exploded view diagram isn't so good. I broke the trim on the side already so I did order that as well...

    Help!!!!

The first thing you need to do is get the code pulled. Because its a check engine light code any OBDII scanner should be able to pull it. Happened to me once when it was -25F cruising down the interstate in my suburban. The reason was from the throttle possession sensor.

New Owner Autoride and Airbag Questions!

Yes the startup compressor cycle is normal. When pulling a boat it will work to level also. 10 minutes does sound a bit excessive but it maybe that when you are parked or especially as soon as you hit the boat ramp it will try to level. To much compressor time can be indicative of your shocks...

    On Star and DIC Codes

I signed up and had them run the "On Demand Diagnostics" while the message was not showing. They didn't find anything. I'll try again when the message is being shown to see if it is pulled.

    On Star and DIC Codes

I need to get the exact code for my service suspension message to know if its the pump or the actual shocks throwing the code. As I don't want to pay the dealer to pull the code will a 3 month trial of On Start allow getting the exact code?

Service Suspension System - Code Reading

The error message wouldn't pop up last night but I tried anyways to pull the code with a reader from O'Rielly's. No such luck so I'm not sure if their code reader wouldn't get a chassis code or if the code isn't stored and must be pulled while the DIC is showing the message.

Service Suspension System - Code Reading

Its fairly loud when it kicks on and I can hear it work harder when the pressure is higher right before it kicks off. I live in North Dakota so the pump unit has seen a lot of snow in its lifetime. The Arnott options seem to be the way to go if it is more then a wire that has corroded. First...

Service Suspension System - Code Reading

The service suspension system message has been popping up sometimes on my 2009 Denali w/ 40k miles. The air pump does come on when the message doesn't show up so its time to get to the root of the issue. I have a ScanGaugeII but it won't pull the Chassis code. Has anyone had luck pulling the...

    Rear tail gate

I just noticed my 2009 Denali is now doing this. I just washed it and thought I missed some dirt. Sure enough it was where the paint has rubbed off on driver side of the inner part of the bumper. Pulling on the lift gate manually doesn't seem to allow any twisting so I'm going to check the...

    2015 Carseat info

You raise a good point! The previous generation with the bench in the middle had two latch points. The one in the middle and the passenger rear seat that folded up. It made no sense! The middle row spot behind the driver had to use the buckle!

2009 Denali with Nav and Rear Entertainment - playing dvd but listening to music

The headphones are the I/R headphones. A couple GM sets as well as some off brand ones that were ordered as replacements. They just worked after putting in batteries.
