The left passenger buckets seat belt isn't catching so I ordered up a new one. It looks like there is a lot of plastic to take off on my 2009 Denali bucket seat.

Any help on this as the exploded view diagram isn't so good. I broke the trim on the side already so I did order that as well.

Let me specify its not the belt but the actual catch piece with the button thats in the seat.

I was about to ask how to RnR the front drivers receiver myself. Anyone ever done this before? Seems like through the dealership the part is $100 and they could not tell me how much it would cost to do the work. All they would say is min $85 and could go up. Gotta love that kind of open ended quote.

The parts came in yesterday and it was very easy to install. Once I took the plastic panel off the rear bucket there were two 5/8" bolts holding the seat buckle catch to the seat assembly.

I would guess the fronts maybe harder as the center console will make it difficult to get a ratchet in there.

How does the plastic come off? Also does anyone know if there is a wire or does it need some programing since the vehicle knows then the front ones are not plugged in while driving.

The rear plastic had one screw and the rest just clipped in. When I tried to take off the rear bucket the first time I didn't see the screw and cracked the plastic piece. The fronts looks a bit different.

From the diagram it does look like there are two wires for the fronts to know if its buckled.
