service 4wd and parking brake
well it has warmed up a bit here and the transfer case has not acted up since is has. Any ideas why it is cold senestive?- Eric_H_E

Last year when it did the same thing, i took it to the local dealer and they wanted $100 just to have their computer talkt to it, no repairs etc. Is there an easy way to check the selector buttons? encoder motor, what and where is that and how hard is it to check. how expensive are they...- Eric_H_E

service 4wd and parking brake
My 03 Tahoe with 174XXX miles. the display says service 4wd. It did the same thing last year and i added gear oil to the front diff and that settled it down. It is doing it again and i added oil again and has not made a diffrence yet.( added it yesteday) It also does not want to stay in 2...- Eric_H_E
