No other parts covered in coolant that i know of. The truck turned off on it's own. I tried starting it back up and it started so i then turned it off right away.- 1996tahoeman

Heater hose problems, now truck won't start
I have a 1996 Chevy Tahoe with a 5.7L I was driving hauling a boat when my heater hose that comes from the intake manifold to the heater core blew causing the truck to overheat unexpectedly. After I replaced the hose, I tried starting it and just cranks but doesn't start. No water in the oil...- 1996tahoeman
