disconnect the battery for a little bit. connect it then crank. also maybe ur dizzy is soaked.

It sounds normal when cranking, just doesn't start. Im going to check the compression.

it would but there is not a specific code that would be able to prevent a startup. it could be a crank sensor failure but since the cel light is on till after start he would have to plug in to find out if something was actually recorded. regardless the unit soft boots every time you turn the key on and would respond to a broken crank sensor if it was suddenly working again. just by key on cycle. no hard reset needed. and code would clear itself in time.
