07 Yukon error code P0455 coming back after replacing vent valve
i had the same code P0499 and P0455 ..which with my scan tool showed me they were related..purge selonoid leak ...so i switched out all three parts the vent ,gas cap and valve...code was gone even without smoke test and it has been gone since....check you gas cap...when u do the smoke test as...- nellyvanos

yeah its 4x4 let me get on that ..thanks another question the whining sound is that pinion bearing being worn out ..do u think i need to change it as well ...am in a place where i not so many auto shops understand american trucks ...better yet american built vehicles and the only GM outlet has...- nellyvanos

newbie here guys i was driving my truck and i heard a whining sound whenever i accelerated and decelerated to eliminate teh possiblity that it was the new brakes i had just replaced ,i switched to neautral turned off the radio and let the truck roll ....sound stopped engaged drive again it...- nellyvanos

hey there am a newbie here :peace:i had the same problem both my rear locks on my 2009 ltz... but easiest place to get em http://www.newgmparts.com/ prices are super friendly too... the rear actuators will run you an average 92$ each the front an average 105$ each... their parts are pretty good...- nellyvanos
