Did a full 2/3 drop on my '03 denali and now my friend wants to use my rear springs on his 01 Tahoe. Was wondering if they're any different than his (ie. height and load capacity) since his truck has almost 200k on it. Thanks for any info.
yes sir....5-5 1/4....hard to tell exactly but that's about right. the bags are about the same just 2-2 1/2 inches too short. was looking at 2" bag spacers for lifted trucks to take up the difference.
uh oh.....got my 60742 airlift kit and the bags are about 2 inches too short. I got my butt under the truck (what I should've done in the first place) and measured the spring. from the spring perch on top of rear to the cone shape piece that goes in the center of the spring is approx. 7 inches...
cool thank you....I've searched for the norcal thread to no avail. I'm just gonna hit him up and see if he has a part number for the correct bags. I haven't had time to get the spring inside measurements.

decided to change up this year and replace my chrome 22's with gunmetal 22's....the wheel i'm looking at comes in 2 offset's....15mm & 30mm...I believe I should go with the 15mm's because the truck is getting a 2/3 drop...would like to go lower but I tow my trailer and race car around so I don't...
