good lord that sucks. Darn pre-bailout GM. That rear piece is shaking all over the place on mine anyway. Might be worth seeing what GMC has to say about it. I really don't feel like buying that outer piece and having it painted. A lot of work for something GM screwed up from the factory.
Wonder if that's what's wrong with mine. Got stopped a couple nights to tell me mine were out. Got new bulbs and went to replace them and the old bulbs were literally melted into the socket. Both are out. I cant even get the old ones out.
And my hatch also does not close with the button 2/3 of...
This. It's what the big rigs do!
I also read somewhere it's actually easier on gas, something about the lifters and the injectors shutting off...? If anyone can chime in on that.
It was even worse today. Took video of it and then soon as I got to GMC the service associate took a ride with me and could immediately hear it. They took it right in. At GMC right now. It gets pretty loud during a neutral rev. So hopefully they find it this time.
Well, got it back from GMC and they replaced the a/c belt and tensioner, and the serpentine belt tensioner and idler.
Pull out and everything seems fine. Then this evening... Sounds the exact same as it did before.
Best way to describe it is a few crickets coming from the front end. This time...
Made a drive from Nashville Tennessee to Walk Palm Florida this weekend. 14 hour drive one way.
First, let me start off by saying... What a freaking king of the road these Yukon Denali's are. Unbelievable how great my body felt by the end of the drive. My mind was fatigued from the trip and...
Turns out both bulbs were burnt out. Forgot to respond to this. But how weird is that. Never in my life have I ever experience that personally, or with anyone I knew.
Relay and fuses are good. Being Thanksgiving I didn't go out and swap bulbs, but my guess is they're both fine. High beams work and the chances of both low beams going out at the exact same time is strange.
Just got to my parents for Thanksgiving, 7 hour drive. Get ready to head out for the evening and no headlights. They won't turn on when I unlock or lock, or when I manually turn them on. Brights work so the bulbs work, nothing else seems to be a problem.
Anyone had this issue? relay? either...
I got a Weathertech cargo mat in my 07 Denali. It gets the job done, but not worth $100. I could have gotten an office chair mat from Staples or a universal mat from Autozone and cut it to size and it would probably do the same job for cheaper and stay in place. It also came rolled up in the box...
