AC help....please!!!
If the lines going into the cab are as you say cold then you still have an actuator problem either due to the actuator itself ( but you say you replaced the actuator),so you may have a bad climate control head. check to see if the desired setting is actually changing like from defrost to vent...- Yukon97Zippo220
