    ooh that's a great tip! the "donor" truck VIN is 1GNFK16TX1J237500 , it appears from GMPartsGiant that it's a 4wd, so it should have the stiffer springs, hopefully. I didn't think about checking that in person, I guess I'll do a second trip to PnP... thanks!
