When you say clean do you mean running a fuel injector cleaner through the gas tank? Or physically taking the fuel injectors out to observe them? It's been a while since I've ran injector cleaner through them IIRC. So I'll give that a shot.

Would this mean an issue with the spark? IE it's not getting enough spark to burn the fuel correctly? The only confusing thing to me is that it's also happening on cylinders 1, 2 and 8. So cylinders 1, 2, 3 and 8 are the primary culprits. Especially number 3. I changed the wire from cylinder 4 and 3 and that didn't make a difference.

Also, the air to fuel ratio on start up is below 14.7 so that means it's not getting enough air, correct? So, why does the PCM want to keep dumping fuel into the combustion chamber?
